Do you guys remember that show on MTV show hosted by Fonzworth Bently "G's To Gents"? Well it looks like Baron "Dirty" Colon did not change as we had hoped. According to rollingout.com Dirty was arrested last week in Miami on a murder charge steming from an incident in 2006. Allegedly Dirty along with two others were arrested for the part he played in the botch robbery of Marcelo Vera that ended in murder.

It seems like 50 Cent is back at it again and this time he's taking shots at Rick Ross. Recently Rick Ross was spotted hanging out with Elise Neal and rumored to be dating. In a new 50 Cent record that hit the internet today called "Old 2003 Ferrari" and a Youtube video was made which has the images of Ross and Elise together during 50 Cent verse where he spits "This Nigga boo booed up with my old bitch" . 24: Let the readers know where your from and how long have you been modeling for?

Leesa Unique: I was born and raised in the Bronx,NY but I lived in Harlem the last 10 years. I've been modeling for about a year on and off because I was upstate in College getting my Bachelor Degree(smiling). Now that I finished I can concentrate more on my modeling career.

24: I'm trying to guess your nationality but I feel like I keep getting it wrong(smiling), so please tell me what's your nationality?

Leesa Unique: Lol, you don't know how many people try to guess it and get it wrong. I love hearing all the answers because it's almost never right. A few I hear often are Dominican or Trinidadian. I'm actually half Puerto Rican and half Panamanian.

24: Tell me a few things about yourself that you would say separates you from other models and makes you stand out?

Leesa Unique: Well, to start off my hair and body is 100% real. There's tons of fake booties, breast and Hair. I'm not hating on the weaves though, always wanted one. They look nice but I think it's a getting a little out of control. I'm extremely friendly and I don't judge people by what they look like or where they work or what they can do for me. I'm just 100% real and I love meeting new people, having fun and acting goofy(that's just me). P.S. I love massages and long walks on the beach(lol).

24: What part of your body would you say is the sexiest and what are your measurements?

Leesa Unique: I would have to say my lips are the sexiest. They are so juicy and smooth(smiling)and just the right size, not too big not too small(blows kiss). My measurements are 34-26-40!

24: Would you say that your the romantic type?

Leesa Unique: I wouldn't particularly say I'm the romantic type. I guess I do have my moments though.

24: what's the most romantic thing you ever did for a guy?

Leesa Unique: For my boyfriend at the time I made him not make any plans for the day and blindfolded him. I took him to a steakhouse which is some where he always wanted to go to. After we ate we went back to the house and I asked him to help me bake a cake. The left over cake batter was used as a body frosting for some foreplay(smiling).

24: If you had to give some of the fellas out there a few Do's & Don't tips for approaching a beautiful woman such as yourself what would it be?

Leesa Unique: Fellas, do not lie to a woman when you first meet her, or anytime after as well. We will find out and "Never" take you seriously. Also do not tell a woman that you don't care if she has a boyfriend or say you just want to be friends. Simply change the topic if need be. Definitely approach a woman with respect. No hissing, screaming or grabbing etc. It's very annoying to women. This next one is "Very Important" so listen up "Look at a woman in her eyes when talking to her". It will definitely let her know that you are interested in her and not just her body, but what's inside her soul.

Leesa Unique: My Salad is the best so I would make a with salad, shrimp, steak and mashed potatoes.

24: Since this interview is for the "Ice Cream Parlor" Section I have to ask, if you had to choose an Ice Cream flavor that best describes yourself which would it be and why?

Leesa Unique: Definitely, Haagen Dazs Cherry Vanilla. It's my favorite Ice Cream because it's rich in flavor just like my personality but not too sweet. It's definitely something you'll fall for instantly(smiling). Did I mention it's delicious? We taste exactly the same(smiling)

WEZZY PAYS OFF MILLION DOLLAR TAX DEBIT(VANDAM)

While other rappers just can't seem to stay out of trouble with Uncle Sam, Lil Wayne is doing the opposite. The Young Money CEO, reportedly paid off his over $1.13 million tax lien originally filed in June of last year. According to the documents, Weezy cleared up the debt last November, and is listed as a self-employed small business owner in Miami.

Last year, the IRS filed a $1,138,760 million dollar lien in Dade County, Fla., against the New Orleans native's charity One Family Foundation. Wayne was accused of skipping out on taxes in 2004, 2005 and 2007. Unfortunately, Wayne is no stranger to failing to pay taxes, in 2008 the IRS filed a $977,840 lien against the 28-year-old, which he paid off that same year.

Now that his finances are back in order, the rapper can continue to focus his energy on his career. Wayne is said to be releasing his 'The Carter IV' album sometime this year and will head out on his I Am Still Music tour on March 18. Fans have already showed up in droves to support his official return to the stage selling out one venue in as little as 30 minutes.

CASHMONEY COMING OUT WITH BOOKS????SAY WHAAAAT???

Powerful Hip-Hop brand Cash Money Records will officially launch their latest venture Cash Money Content (CMC) next week.

CMC will launch under a new partnership with Atria Books, along with several high profile literary acquisitions.

On February 15th, CMC will drop its first book, "Raw Law: An Urban Guide to Criminal Justice," by Muhammad Ibn Bashir, Esq.

"Raw Law," which will be released in both paperback and hardcover editions, is described as a manual for young African-American to understand the legal system in the United States.

Additionally, Cash Money's co-CEO/Founder Ronald "Slim" Williams told AllHipHop.com that the new company has snatched up book rights from a variety of writers, including critically acclaimed author, Robert "Iceberg Slim" Beck.

According to Ronald Williams, who founded CMC, the new publishing company's aim is not only to entertain readers, but also to educate them.

Williams plans to market CMC to the same fan base that has helped Cash Money Records sell over 60 million records of the course of the last 20 years.

"I wanted to do something so we could help our people to read more," Ronald "Slim" Williams told AllHipHop.com. "My plan is do some of the same things I have done with music. We want to be a little different than the traditional book companies. Atria has really taken to this idea.

"They understand where we are going with it," Williams said. "I want the writers to have creative freedom to be their self. That's how you get their best work. That's the only thing I require. I see a lot of black authors who never get a chance to get their work out there and there are some great books out there that need to get out the masses."

"Raw Law's" author Muhammad Ibn Bashir specializes in criminal and constitutional law.

Bashir has represented numerous clients and was even co-counsel for the defense in the first World Trade Center attack in 1992.

“The criminal justice is a system that will never respect you unless you demand that it does. This generation has the money, the power, the voice to change this system for the better," Bashir explained.

In addition to "Raw Law," Cash Money Content will release news books by Whahida Clark, author of the popular "Thug" series of books and new books by New York Times best-selling authors Ashley and Jaquavis.

CMC is also preparing a series re-releases by Iceberg Slim, beginning with the classic book 1969 "Pimp," which will hit shelves on May 10th.

In September of 2011, CMC will drop another novel by Iceberg Slim, a re-release of 1967's classic novel, "Trick Baby."

CMC has also inked a deal with radio personality Kurt "Big Boy" Alexander titled "Weight Matters" about his battle with weight loss.      

Ronald "Slim" Williams co-founded Cash Money Records with Bryan "Baby" Williams.

The label is home to some of the best-selling rap acts in the world, including Lil Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj - whose album Pink Friday is currently #1 on Billboard's Top 200 Pop Chart.

The mogul said that CMC's content will be distributed through a variety of outlets, including traditional and all new emerging digital formats.

"We are going to utilize all methods to get this done," Ronald "Slim" Williams told AllHipHop.com. "There's a lot of great authors out there and Cash Money Content will give them a place to shine."

TUPAC MOVIE FILMING STARTS THIS SPRING

(AllHipHop News) Production company Morgan Creek announced that the new Tupac biopic is scheduled to begin principal photography in the late spring and early summer with director Antoine Fuqua.

The Tupac film, which will be shot in Los Angeles, New York, Georgia and Las Vegas, chronicles the life and legacy of Tupac.

While the cast is still being developed, James G. Robinson, David Robinson and LT Hutton have already been announced as producers of the film.

The film has also received the blessings of Tupac’s mother, Afeni Shakur-Davis, who will also partake in the film's production as executive producer.

“I am confident that Morgan Creek will stay true to the common goal we share of depicting Tupac’s life in a way that will allow the world to see the authenticity of his artistry, his hopes and his life goals,” Afeni Shakur said in a statement about the film.

The production will showcase his meteoric rise to stardom as a musician and an actor, while also showcasing some of his moments in prison, and the controversial time at Death Row Records.

"I am honored to be part of the process that is bringing his life and legacy to the big screen," LT Hutton added. "I am thankful to Afeni Shakur for giving this project her blessing and to Morgan Creek for giving it the green light."

Universal Pictures will distribute the film  in North America, while Morgan Creek will co-distribute the film with Morgan Creek International overseas.
